Measurements Needed, Frame Height

This is the exact question I was asking myself today, as I forgot to measure my bumper height before I pulled the front end.

So reading through this what I gather is regardless of lift etc that the bottom of the front frame horn should be about the same as the bottom of the rear frame horn?

Since it already got bumped up... when designing suspension it's a hellovalot easier to build it at full "bump" with the axle as high up against the frame as possible so you know it all clears.
