It's a reputable tire shop, these guys just don't know old Bronco's, no big deal. Their price was $200 lower than anyone else in the area for that set.

We all got a really good laugh over this when we were standing 1' away from my closed tailgate and he argued with me that it was a Chevy, until I simply reached over and put my index finger on the big stamped FORD on the gate and smiled. Maybe you had to be there to see the humor in this.

Yep HC, the only leak I have is the push in style dip stick tube, 1 drip a week at the most. Some day I'll get around to getting a threaded one but I got plenty of cardboard.

Yea my steering is starting to spring a regular drip along with the rear main that seems to get worse at times and other times it's not too bad..%)

I was at a car show with mine this weekend and had a camaro owner come up and say "Nice Jeep!" I politely returned the favor and said "Nice Mustang!" and walked off like nothing happened. I heard him bitching as I was walking away, "I can't believe he called it a MUSTANG!"

His buddy kindly pointed out the FORD on the tailgate.

Too cool man. Must be the same kind of guys I "used" to get tires from, they couldn't tell A/T's from All Seasons, hate to try to learn them a Ford from a Chevy.

I like gettingbrake parts for mine. Corvette master cylinders for my Bronco, or S10 brake pads......parts people get the dumb look!

that is what you get for putting those chevy parts on your bronco. oh crap i have a hei distributor and chevy master cylinder on mine;D

almost as good as using about 20 different years for parts.....You must be easy on em and get one part at a time...or when they dont have it for a year just change it on em, "yea we have that one but".....
