Need a transmission shop recommendation

Nothing for nothing but..I would get a solid used one still sealed by Ford out of a yard. Plentiful, $200. Good rebuilders are getting pretty rare. Plus if it lived a rough live the trans is full of crap you need to really pressure clean the case etc.
