So in the middle, or rather the start of a project. Rust is there as anyone would guess, but also dealing with horrible repairs by PO.

Looking for suggestions on how to proceed. My first thought is to remove from rear door posts forward and start over. My reasoning for this is the floors are shot, the rockers are shot, the kick panels are shot, the front post are bad.

The only good is the windshield frame, firewall is maybe a 5 out of 10, whatever the piece is called that the dash bolts to is solid. Tunnel is solid, but think the frame supports are probably marginal at best.

Just don't know how to replace floors, rockers, kick panels, door posts and still keep everything aligned. Even with heavy bracing.

Already cut out from the cowl forward. Inner fenders were a joke. Can probably save the core support.

I have a ton of pics, but can't seem to figure out how to load them. Maybe because I'm new here. Only gives me a URL option, not a simple attachment.

Virtually everything you are encountering can be found on this site. I replaced my entire front clip, inner and outer rocker on my passenger side. New floors this spring. This site is invaluable and I think you’ll find what you need and then some.

Take a look here for dimensions to the door opening.

Make sure you have good body mounts to begin with and use your frame for a build fixture. I find it better to replace a few pieces at a time instead of tearing everything apart and trying to figure out how to fit everything back together with nothing to reference to. When doing door posts, it is nice to have the rear post on while replacing the front post or visa versa. Bracing is very important and must be rigid enough to keep everything squared up. This is how I braced mine and worked good. Ken

I basically did from the rear door posts forward on my first attempt to rebuild a bronco. New floor bracing, floor pans, kick panels, door posts, front clip, fenders, and rear bead. It can be done. As others state, it’s all on this site. Brace the cowl as best you can and if possible, measure yours as compared to,the measur,Mets VinCen posted. Mine were all pretty close. Use self taping screw before welding especially on the door post. You will hang tour doors about 100 times to get the lined right but if you do it right with good bracing prior to any welding, you will save a tone of,frustration later on. Do I it all on your frame. Buy the 240V spot welder from Harbor Freight and make sure you sand or scuff the new sheetmetal as it makes a better spot weld. Good luck, you are in for quite a journey. See my motto.

Thanks to all for comments. Another quandary, do I get it blasted now, wasting time and money blasting a bunch of stuff that will go to the scrap bin, or start trying to get some new components in now. Not to mention the inside is bed lined, so no telling what that is hiding.
