Ive searched and can only come up with a photo in a Snap-On catalog for Ford Parts of this drawing taken from a microfish. No Part number associated.

I (my father,) has a 1976 Ford Bronco 302 with emissions. 2bbl intake if I remember right.

Part Needed: Intake/Heater Pipe coming from the front left of the lower intake manifold. Has a Coolant line connecting to the top of it. Ive seen this style many a times...the "issue" is I have yet to find one with two sensors (vacuum,) one on each side.

**If a ford part number can be provided that would be great, otherwise im open to any source where it can be bought. Thank You!**

Below ive provided a few photos of what im in search for.

Example of what ive seen (without the two Sensor ports I actually need): http://www.cjponyparts.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/h/h/hhf13_1.582.jpg

It may be a strictly ebey+luck part. Junk yards are the other possibility.

I asked the same question last year.

No such luck.

What's wrong with the one on your dad's truck?

Its starting to seep/leak. You can see some moisture in the photos. Did you ever follow up with that one lead from the ford part number provided? Im curious. Im going to have my buddy search on the Ford Database to see if anyone anywhere has it and can put their hands on it if so. Maybe get a photo to see if its what I/we need.

Could you make one?

Probably, although it would require more fabrication that im qualified for, lol.

Yeah, might head out to the junk yard to go "look." Probably on any early V8 Ford with emissions, right?

The Ford Ranger coolant elbow only has one fitting for a PVS sensor. This is better than zero, but isn't two.

I would remove the coolant elbow from your father's truck. Clean it. Then apply solder around where the elbow connects into the body. You can ask a plumber to sweat it in for you. The key is to get everything as clean as you can.

The other option is to create a new elbow out of plumbing fittings.

Your dad's elbow has the EGR & Distributor PVS's attached to it. The exhaust valve PVS is attached to the thermostat housing. I'm not entirely sure where the PVS for the non CA trucks were attached - they likely would've had a EGR & Distributor PVS as well. If you were to have to find a different solution.

You have to make sure the thread pattern is correct. 302 fittings are 3/8" NPT and 351W intakes are 1/2" NPT. They otherwise look the same.
