I was getting ready to buy a welder and (try) to intall a new core support I got a few weeks back then I dislocated my shoulder and tore my rotator cuff 2 weeks ago, I need to find someone who can help me install my core support and possible a few other minor things prior to getting painted in a few week. Does anyone know where I can take it to get the work done or someone that might be willing to come to my place, thanks.

call Geoge at G&R in Escondido...760-480-4484. He has been doing my frame up retoration for about 3 months now and I had tons of body work done.

You also might want to talk to him about paint why it is there unless you already have a place you are taking it. He is a good guy and very reasonable.

Tell him Matt sent you. Good luck.

George just did floorpans, front clip, body mounts and rhino-lining for me. Great price and great turn around time. I'd definitely recommend him, plus, it keeps him from finishing Matt's bronco. :)

Just kidding Matt!

Thanks a ton Matt if we ever meet in person Ill buy you a beer or two, I dropped of the Bronco today and had a long talk with George, so it is going to be there a little longer than I expected and a little more the $200, but it is so worth it, core support some body work and paint, Ill post the pics once I pick it up, he hasn't even started it yet and I would recommend him to anyone, thanks again Matt, your axles look great by the way.

Anytime Brandon.

It is funny. I was orginally going in for some pretty serious body work and paint. We ended up doing a complete frame up restoration for not that much more than the original quote. He will aslo be installing my entire drivetrain on the frame before the body goes back on. This way nothing gets scratched by putting the engine in. He has about 50 hours alone in the engine bay and welding up about 50 holes making it look perfect.

So what if the original time quote was three weeks. I think we are at 3 months right now. It will be perfect when I get it back and he knows I appreciate that.

I have learned with these old trucks that patience is everything.

Matt
