I have a friend who owns a hose fitting company and he is going to make me the hoses for my power steering conversion.
Can anyone give me the complete details that I would need to provide him regarding the types of fittings, angles (if that's a concern), length etc. I am going to have a one maybe two inch body but that shouldn't matter should it?
He's going to do them up right and even said he would put braided steel over them if I wanted- should I tell him to go ahead with that as well?
Thanks!

Meant to say Delphi pump not box.

Then the other side of the hose will go into the steering box. Again a whole lot of optios there as well. Depends on what steering box you are going to run.

You will have to find what fitting you need, how you want the line ran and just figure it out from there. It is not a quick and easy cookie cutter everyone is the same thing. There are probably a good dozen ways to do it. Taking our blind advice on what little you told us will nearly garantee that the hose will be wrong. Going off someone elses numbers will probably result in you having a perfectly good spare hose for that other person's rig and you still needing a hose.
