Alright guys I'm in the middle of a motor swap in my '69 its got the 3 speed and I've ran into a little snag. the bracket (first picture) that is a part of the clutch linkage bolts into a hole in the motor block (second picture bottom right) the new motor (third picture) doesn't have the same hole. My question is does anyone know of an adapter or something or any way to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for the help.

The newer blocks don't have that hole. Wild horses has the bracket you need.

Test fit the bracket mentioned at WH. Your new block may need to be machined / ground so the bracket will sit flat and the bolt will align correctly.
