Guess you could call them rockcrawler rims but really they're just standard white spoked steel rims. Not to sound like I'm talking smack but I actually like this style cause you can paint them the color of your rig, they are strong and priced right.

Nice rig by the way, I like how the rear tire stuffs perfectly in there. Can't argue with that!

just curious, how's the body roll now with the 1" BL as opposed to without?

Its actually a bit more stable, the old body mounts were so spongy .... its feels alittle more stable ... or alittle more solid.

good to know. i've been contemplating doing a WH 1" BL on mine along with my 2.5" suspension, but i was worried about body roll since i do mostly street driving.

Are you happy with the 1" or do you wish you went 2"

Any unforeseen linkage problems/

I have a 66 uncut w/ 3.5 BC lift and been thinking of a Body Lift

Nice ;D

brian, you'll have to extend your clutch linkage and possibly your 3ot linkages. i don't know if the fan shroud would be an issue with a 1". you have a BC 24 gallon rear tank, don't you?

when we BBQ'in?

I think the hardest part was cutting into the rubber on the old mts... it stunk and I used about 12 or so blades with the saw-zaw.. other than that, it was cool to see it sit alittle higher off the frame. :D

I did however trim about 3/4 of an inch on the bottom of the shroud just to be sure...no problem w/ steering or fuel hoses....

My little six does not have a shroud ;D

I want a 24 tank ( i have a stock 13 gal) and thought the 2" body lift would be a little better to stuff it up higher.....when I can afford one. I just ordered a header and stuff today!

So 4xfloored, now you have a 1" are you happy or wish you went 2"?
Do you have the 24 gal tank?

THANKS!
