let me know when that header comes in, i'll bring steaks and we'll have a header stabbin party!

Sounds good! Didn't 4xfloored need a Cheby Disk install too! (the last time we talked about BBQ)

I'll get the body lift kit, header, and maybe a clutch too...and make a day of it

a clutch may be a bit much for that day with everything else...

My little six does not have a shroud ;D

I want a 24 tank ( i have a stock 13 gal) and thought the 2" body lift would be a little better to stuff it up higher.....when I can afford one. I just ordered a header and stuff today!

So 4xfloored, now you have a 1" are you happy or wish you went 2"?
Do you have the 24 gal tank?

THANKS!

re:BBQ, I am always ready to eat ;D

I am happy with the 1'' b/l... I just didnt want to deal with most of the things asociated with doing the 2".... plus the wifes only 5'1'' and was already complaining about it being to tall already... I think 1" is perfect with an uncut and 3.5'' sus lift :D

Thanks! I don't want to run into steering column problems either.

I hate making these decisions........who wants to spend money and end up changing it later

Thanks Again

The 1" doesnt mess with the steering or much of anything else...only the fan shroud. I kind of felt guilty trimming my relatively new Toms steel shroud after only 1 yr of use, but I didnt have to trim too much and its been worth it. The WH one-incher is a great product...it really smoothed out the ride after 30 yrs on the stock mounts. A 2.5 inch SL and the 1 inch BL provide more than ample room for 31s...they actually look a bit small under there. 33s would have been perfect, but I didnt want to regear yet. Best of luck.

Looks great, Milo. Nice flex too.

You going to go on the SoCal Broncos Keck-Bash? If you do, we should
have four lifted, uncut rigs.

It is a SoCal Broncos tradition, Pilot Rock Road (2n17x), which will
be on October 1st this year. Last year was my first year, and it
was a blast.

It is a lot of steep, rutted hills and a few rocks, nice scenery, and
fine comraderie. You should come even if your rig is cut :)

My normal days off are Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday...but subject to change without much notice.

I am already working/vacation these Wednesdays (10, 17, 24)
I am on vacation (Lake San Antonio) 8/14 - 21
Boys trip to Lundy (sp?) Lake 8/26-29 (but I can cancel if this is a better weekend for everyone)

I don't think I will have my header ready (3-4 weeks delivery). But hey, maybe we can find something else!
