Mono, both of those are in my most viewed pics in my folders. That second one kinda looks photoshopped a bit though.

Alright, got a little bit of work done the past couple days, took the weekend off to hang with the NorCal boys at POPS place, what a blast.

Hung the doors, spent about 3 hours yesterday working on them, got them pretty close, just a little more work I think to get them acceptable. Going to throw the hard top on hopefully tomorrow so I can know where everything sits. Then bolt the body down and check everything one more time.

Since I am trying to get all my fitments done and get this driveable I decided to mount my radiator and get things figured out in the engine compartment. I am using a 94 Explorer aluminum 2 core radiator like Fungus and Dan Wheeler have used. Tried to make the explorer fan work, it would have been about perfectly lined up if I was running a body lift but I am not so it didnt clear like I was hoping so I went the other route that I was prepared for which was to use the Taurus fan. I mounted it 90 tilted and it almost fits perfect. Moved it so that the top edge would mount to the radiator and there is about 1.5" overhang on the bottom that I will seal up before final install. Took the air chisel to the stock radiator mounts and bolted the radiator up top. need to make the lower brackets maybe Friday, just some flat steel with a 90* bend. I snagged the lower bushings from the explorer to do the lower mount with. Super easy install. I didnt have to chop up my core support but I did have to cut the end off the water pump to get the fan to fit with enough clearance. Have about a half an inch clearance now, good enough for me. And if you hadnt seen the other write ups, this radiator is almost exactly the same size as the Bronco but has the reversed inlet/outlet as well will allow for the stock Explorer 4.0 hoses to be used.

Got the hard top on to work toward final fitments, need to tweek it over a tad, have a couple ideas on doing this, we'll see how they work.

Got the gas tank mounted. I had the mounts made for a 3" BL...yeah I know...but I changed direction. Turns out my left over 2" BL pucks work perfect for mounting it up in place. I guess its adjustable now ;D

Also started dry fitting the hydroboost, used a bracket I got from ToddZ...think its a BC bracket, seems to work real well to mount the astroboost to the firewall. Need to get my hands on a master cylinder, apparently the one I thought was an astro must be a cobra....easy junkyard snag or I'll mount up the disc drum master I have, I think people had to put a nubbin in there to allow for full stroke if I remember right.

Green glow or reef blue , my god , do you think you could have found two tougher colors to choose between ?

I really can't decide how to vote for now .....they would both be awesome.

going back to look some more.

EDIT :

I finally voted for the green , it is slightly darker and richer , which is what I tend to gravitate towards usually.
Then I saw the pics Mono posted a few posts back and knew I made the right choice .... for me !
Glad I'm not having to make that decision for real. Either way , it's going to look great Tito.

Had a useless morning, nobody seemed to have the parts I needed. Went to my sons parent teacher conference and went for a second shot at it...
New master cylinder for astro booster, got all my adapters for the steering box and hydro to use AN fitting lines, man those things are expensive. Got my radiator hoses but they are way wrong not sure what's up with that. Got filler hose and vent line for fuel tank. Got steel to make lower radiator brackets, maybe get that done tonight.

Put column in to check for interference with hydroboost and AC compressor. It's tight but I think it will fit.
