New Soft Top - Ideas/Opinions needed.

If I am not mistaken his website did show a wait of several weeks for a top, so he did list a time for delivery. I am sure that he also has communicated with these guys either when the sale was first made or afterward(some guys) that a top was going to be delivered in a certain timeframe. They do have a contract/sale, he legally did business through his website and processed a credit card or bank funds. Ordering something that isn't made yet happens alot, most people/companies are honest though and deliver in a timely manner.

Mr Incredible you seem to know Rick quite well, why aren't you providing JUST THE GUYS WITH AN ORDER a way of contacting Rick??

i am in the same boat as you are man ... he has a top of mine also .... and i am not ,, i repeat not defending him . or his actions . i am a buisness owner my self ..i dont spend other peoples money on any thing but their rigs ,nothing else ... what is left , after the job is done ,. is what goes in the bank .. i have a set schedule . and i must stay to it ... no matter what ... some folks dont have the same buisness ethics ...i am just giving another stupid point of view thats all .. yes i know rick ... wheeled wityh him ... but dont know where he is nowadays .... heck i never even knew where he lived before he moved .... he has never ripped me off .. that i really know of. .. he has my bikini top.... but what the hell ,, it isnt 1300.00 bucks worth ...i feel for you guys .. i really do .... please dont get me all wrong here ... i know most of the northwest group ... and no one has seen him to my knowledge ...we all thought he was long gone out of the picture ,, till the last fellow recieved his top recently .....surprised the crap out of me ... that is why i posted the question .. what happens if rick actually comes through on all of the deals ?poor ol bax ,, his deal was shot all to hell before it even really got started . i can understand why he gave the top away ,, { virtually}

Sorry, I tried to read your post, but it was giving me a headache. If you want to stick up for your friend, take the time to reread it so we can understand.
I have no horse in this race, I just like to keep informed as it is effecting the whole EB community.

I am glad you are happy with the top. yeah I could of fixed the top but I really didn't like it on my truck. The other thing is I am so pissed at Rick that I didn't even want to look at the top. just didn't like looking at it and have it remind me of my dealings with Rick.

Watch out guys she is very outspoken and she don't like it when someone takes her money and don't deliver the goods we ordered. She wanted a soft top for the bronco and talked me into getting one. I just looked for what I thought would be the best top we could get at the time. If I could get her to walk like 76 bronco J 's avatar. I'll pay for that one.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I'm trying to match the color for my roll cage. I found a Rustoleum Hammered Silver that matches pretty dang good though.

I think I found a gray motor enamel that came very close. It was darker than the other grays.

UPDATE - Rick came through with the top for me. It is the most awesome top I have ever seen.

I call BULLS--T on ROD69 receiving anything. I have sent the guy a bunch of PMs since his post and have never received a response. He only has 3 posts, all of which relate to Rick's tops & no e-mail address or location.

Does anyone know this guy? Is it Rick?
