Well some of you may remember a poll I did a while back about what tire size I should get. I went against what most of you said and got 33x10.5 BFG's on 15x8 rims and I a very pleased with the size. I'm not really into wide tires, I like the classic look of a narrower tire.

I haven't noticed any of the problems with running 33's with 3.50 gears, a 351W and a C4 like so many people talked about %) . I may have lost a very small amount of getty-up from the start, but I'm not interested in doing burn-outs or racing at a stop light.

The top picture is before with 31x10.5 on 15x10 rims.
The bottom is with the new 33's.

That does look great ;D

I too run 33's on 8" rims with 3.50 gearing, 302 and C-4, and it does very well on and off road

For some reason your glass looked cleaner before you put the tires on!

Its a new type of glass called "air glass"! It's almost like it isn't even there! ;D

actually that flat green etch primer is kinda cool. Get a paint job that resembles that....it will look good, with the black top.

Looks nice! I am about to go the same route. Would you happen to have a front shot of your rig with the 31's? Could you also post a pic of the front now with your 33's. I am trying to figure out what type of rims to buy and what type of look I want. Not sure wether to go 15x8 or 15x10. Thanks.
