Falling apart in very small fibers by just lightly touching it?????
WTF?

Lets see...

*Defective tops.
*Roof clamp mechanisms squeaking/rattling.
*Sound Deadening material (going to find its way into your lungs)
*Only 17 MPG... Why can KIA make their off roader get 25+ mpg??????
*The Plastic rear corners falling off, (cheap plastic welding.....)

What the He** did they model this after, the Chevy Vega?

Let's see.
Good job Ford. You made a ton of corporate money by cutting corners.
It is a huge disrespect to the Bronco name.

The exact reason I told my dealer no free sound deadening for me. I knew it would be crap material and the glue would prolly get hot and drop it into the drivers seat in the hot TN sun.

I have an idea - how about Ford keeps their "free" sound deadening material, they credit me the $495 it would have cost, plus I use some of the $1000 "customer appreciation funds" (or whatever they call it) and line the inside of the entire vehicle with Dynamat.

So Ford says 18-20 mpg.

How come the F150 gets better mileage? Weighs more

'cause the OP mentioned it in his original post.

Let me toss out there the tie rod breakage problems since this is a new Bronco issue also.

My 2018 rubicon 4.1 axles 3.6v 8speed, 32 tires, winch 4 door, gets 20.8mpg in the mountains. 22 plus on straight and level.

Yeah, you'd think with Loren and Hitten wheeling them all over they would have needed a few replacements by now??? Neither were light-footed at Moab when they were with us.

Mine got upgraded about 23 yrs ago! ;)

None of them are as bad as full size GM stuff. I used to carry a spare and tools and didn't even own one......
