SOLD NP435 4 speed with D20 Adapter

I have an NP435 I bought from a member here for a project that I won't be getting to anytime soon, and this is in my way. I have the adapter for a Dana 20 and a shifter as well. Just want my money back on it, $350. Local pickup only as of now, may work out shipping if it doesn't sell local.
