Yes, T-shift case. Also, I did confirm it has the AA output shaft upgrade. I have an extra AA crossmember but it's an older design not 100% sure its a direct bolt on. I can get pretty good pricing on AA though.

No, but I can get it cheap from AA. I Do have an AA Crossmember that comes with it.
