NV4500 Install question

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Floor pans are out and we are installing an NV4500 with Advanced Adapter Kit. The kit says its for t-shift only and I have the j-shift in my 74. Is the easiest solution to just switch to twin sticks now and will this interfere with anything on the NV4500 conversion? Thanks and sorry if this is a stupid question but this is all new to me and I just want it done correctly.

I don't know for sure since I'm going Atlas II, but it sounds like a good question for Jon at JB Fab. Either way, I would take the time to figure out a twin-stick for your J-20...if your shifter is anything like my old one, it'll be worth it. Plus, more flexibility on the trail.

OK, sorry I posted the whats up on the other thread you started.

From what I've found, J shift twinsticks won't work with an nv4500, you need T shift, that from an email I got from JB in Oregon.
