Omni Torquer?

Ok, I bought this at a dealership auction. I am not real sure what it is but I know it is suposed to boost performance. Does any one know anything about it? It is made by Jacobs Electronics.

It is a Omni Torquer, not real sure what it is? Kinda looks like a coil.

Its a blue aluminum square 3x4x3.got a spark plug looking thing on top.I would post a picture from summitracing, dont know how. the new one is a Ultra torquer.pn#380846 $84.

Just a coil. Probably wont see any gain with it. Unless your current coil is weak.
