Sorry to you big vendors I love you too but…

I live in Ohio and shipping costs are out of sight. I know it’s not anyone’s fault but I feel like whenever I order something the shipping is a 3rd or more what I paid for parts.

Anyway, I ordered a bunch of brake parts, breather lines, a gas tank, strap and sending unit from my local mom and pop and won’t have to pay any shipping that way plus I’m helping them out.

Anyway I’ll still be getting some big specialty things from Tom’s and the others but a lot of the simple small stuff I’ve been able to source locally. Just wanted to share…

That's what I like about Dennis Carpenter, flat rate shipping. But I did just have to fork over $50 for shipping because they were out of stock of what I needed and went with Toms.

Duffs or Bronco Grave Yard are just a day road trip for big parts but those small parts will get expensive.

Brake parts, and many standard parts can be had cheaper at local NAPA or other parts dealers. If I made a big order then I would include them.
