Are you guys serious? I think that they could have done MUCH better.

EVERY other vehicle they "restore" gets modified to accomodate late-model improvements......but they leave this one stock???? I'm sorry, but the best thing about that Bronco was the engine.....and that was delivered to them. The tires were a joke and the wheels were laughable. The Bronco didn't have ANY rust worth mentioning, so the body work was just plain easy....and they didn't make any improvements.

Foose should have coordinated or at least contacted THIS forum, because there are multiple guys (myself included) who have built better Broncos than the one shown tonight.

I know, I know, they worked hard and it did looked nice, but they could have put much more effort into it.

Man FOOSE diddn't even have to break a sweat on that one.

I thought he might inconspicuously chop the top like 2", maybe do something new with the rear wheel wells, and then really go off on the interior.

But if stock is what he wants %)

I think that is the way the owner was looking to do it.. just a stock restoration. Sure he could of hit the think head on w/ no limits but i dont think they were going for that

Hmmm...from what I saw, that Bronco was riddled with rust. They spent nearly 5 of the 7 days on the body work alone. The whole front half of the truck was basically all new metal. Maybe you didn't see the first half of the episode where they showed all of the rust.

At the first of the episode, Chip asked Miles' wife what kind of look they were going for. A stock restoration is what they had in mind and I think they did a pretty good job of acheiving that. I'm really glad to see they kept the un-cut look on the rear. Keep in mind they only had 7 days to get all of this done. It's not my idea of the perfect Bronco, but that's what makes these things so cool....Everybody has their own interpretation.

OK you guys are saying that you would have done this or would have done that, well that is your opinion. In the first part of the show Mile's wife said that he wanted to make it pretty much stock when he finished it. I think that they did a great job. I thought that Mile is was totally cool, he wouldn't sell it rusted out for anything, that is respect for what he has and he showed respect for not only his father inlaw but also in his families traditions. I thought that was very cool. It was a definate sleeper personally I thought that the show was well worth watching. My .02

Like they say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." I think Miles got what he wanted and beyond if he could have done it himself. I think the rig turned out great for what it is. I was hoping for a more Foose inspired, but was still impressed with the end result.

Yeah, That thing had a large amount of rust for sure, 7 days was pushing it no matter how you guys cut it. Every Bronco has rust in different spots and to different extents of damage. I liked that job alot and for one, feel rejuvinated! I'm in the middle of my body work now and alot of those body parts looked WAY worse than mine do. Great show and EXCELLENT job Foose, JBG and team!

Hey I loved it... But when someone with a beat-up ride says that he wants to keep it "stock", he really means that he does not have the cash to turn it into something he REALLY wants. Again, it came out beautiful, but like others mentioned beyond the rust repair not the hardest job out there....

I gotta give it up to 'em. That is an awesome bronco. i'm just about to start the body work on mine and I have a feeling It ain't gunna go that smooth. Still don't like uncut fenders but to each their own. Its what miles wanted and they delivered yet again. Well done

I wondered how Foose would do a Bronco and now i know. I was very pleased with it. I thought they did a great job. It was suttle to look at but it was done right.

Hey could you guys quit ruining it for me? It's only 8:00 here in Nevada so the show doesn't even start for an hour and I already know everything that is going to happen.

Why don't you tell me what I'm getting for christmas and my birthday too?

That was one sweet Bronco. The wife loved the episode, even pointed out all the parts and pieces she could recognize. She and I laughed when we saw them trying to pry apart the body mounts off the frame!!! She got to experience that about a week and a half ago;D The color was awesome, I'd have done a couple things different but then again I will on my rig but full props to Foose and the Crew. I gotta pick up the pace and get mine done. ;)

WHAT EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Even foose was bummed the skinny kid wanted it stock, he was all "Ok, well C-ya then"

%) but ya have to do what the owner wants...

PERSONALLY, it is indeed a cool rig, but I'd say BY FAR the most lame vehicle they've done on overhaul'n :p

JUST my opinion.

You can't please everybody. Some people in the past have said they didn't think foose would do a good bronco b/c he would too much to it. Now you guys are complaining because two little was done. %) And to the comment about only poor people want a stocker is BS. I would love to have a bone stock looking bronco with a few mods like that also. I want one built too. But I would love to have his truck.

Actually..... that new Stang they did was the lamest they did. But I was mildly disappointed with the fact that they kept it pretty much all stock. They could have made it REALLY awesome. But how can you blame them for making it the way the dude wanted? He wouldn't even name a price for it. I would have at least said somewhere in the tens of thousands. The one thing I was kinda cringing about was the all white doors in the interior. It didn't work for me.

Some on the forum are familiar with the term "sleeper", it was used a very few times on the show tonight. With the description given by the wife of her husband's expectations, I think CF achieved an excellent sleeper. I would have enjoyed more details as was posted earlier on the specifics of the rest of the drivetrain to handle the 410 Rousch engine...... You have to appreciate over 400hp in an uncut early Bronco :)

Had to wait for the rerun of the show since I had to work tonite, didn't jump on here 'til after I got to watch it. As said previously, I think they achieved what the owner's desires were and then some. I liked the sub enclosure and the crate motor. I don't they went inot the detail of some parts of the build like some of the other shows I've seen but focused on the bodywork & pranks. Wish they couls have at least put the hubcaps on the rear. Looked like in one shot the exhaust came straight out the back, anyone notice that? Overall a nice job doing justice to the sleeper.

A Bronco doesn't have to be a hacked up, jacked up, tricked out crawler to be awesome. Thats what shows like Xtreme 4x4, Trucks!(at least with Stacey), and Monster Garage are for. Classic Broncos are simple to begin with. What was everyone expecting??? Chip is great at knowing what to do and what NOT to do with his rebuilds. Especially on the classic vehicles they "overhaul" on the show. He's not some hack tricking out cars. He has a lot of respect and knowledge of automotive history as well as a flair for incorporating modern components in a seemless manner. On the flip side, he saves his wild stuff for the car shows and paying customers. I thought the scheme was tasteful and the 410hp Roush motor was the real kicker. I also felt inspired enough to run out to the garage and pick up where I left off three months ago. To me that's the best part of the show. What is there to complain about?
