I am painting a 3 stage paint, Base / pearl / clear. I just put a small run in it on the base stage. Do I let it dry and sand it out and re spray?

yes let it dry block it out and respray

Got it. thanks. I just hit it with some 600 on a paint stick and that got it. re sprayed it and shot the pearl. Happy now. We will see about the clear.

what color are you going with

It's a nissan color. Alpine white pearl glow. The grill turned out great.
