Parchment Material in Bulk

Does anyone know where I can purchase factory parchment vinyl?

I originally purchased a front and rear kit from Tom's and had all my seats reupholstered. I'm not loving the fronts and I have found a set of reclining bucket seats and I would like to try and reupholster them to match the factory bench seat.

I had to have the atypical experience with them. Ordered '74 avocado green Ranger fabric and vinyl from them. One other phone call two weeks later and by the end of the third week I had my stuff. I've heard horror stories, though. I'm happy with the material and the way it turned out. Good luck with your search.

i couldn't agree more! i ordered vinyl for my 79 bronco seats and they sent me the wrong shade of blue. i argued with them (one lady in particular) till they finally agreed that it was a stocking error on there end. they shipped me the correct one and asked that i send the wrong one back. they were insisting i paid for the shipping- i was like WT heck its not even my fault lol

poor customer service- great OEM products.

I've had mixed results w/ SMS - ask if it is in stock - if Yes, then OK buy it. If they say it is out for a fabric run or whatever they call it, decline - go elsewhere or callback periodically to see if it is back in stock then buy it.

They will quote a reasonable delay time if not in stock, take your full payment, but then it will take 10x their estimated date to get it to you. Dealing with a >90 day late order right now. I get a different excuse every 2 weeks when I try to follow-up.

Distinctive Industries is the supplier to some of the Vinyl seats that vendors sell. Try them for bulk.

Distinctive industry is a good company they do mustangs and Fords I would try them first forgot about them

Spoke with SMS yesterday about some Blue Ranger covers. Out of stock on the houndstooth. This is the same company Bronco Hut gets their material from. SMS is $1,500 for a set of covers, Bronco Hut is about $500. Waiting until the houndstooth comes back in stock before ordering.
