What are the cons for routing the passenger exhaust above the crossmember as opposed to below? It would be much simpler and look better that way. But at what cost? I have a C-4 automatic, so how much hotter would the transmission lines get? How much hotter would the floor board get? Also, thinking that there would be less likelihood of the pipe hitting the crossmember when the engine torques.
