Here are some Pics of the Hanson Rocker Covers Installed on my 66 Project. Seeing how I had the white rocker stripes I went and painted the Rocker Covers to match. I also got my steering column in on the new dash as well.

Looks Good.

Haz, they are rock sliders so you don't bang up your rockers "frame"

how thick are they? 1/4"? the rocker covers on my 68 (i think from wild horses) may not look as nice but they are stout (1/4") and you can put your high lift jack on it, which is pretty handy sometimes.

They are 3/16th thick, pretty beefy (about 25 lbs installed each). I would say they would easily support a jack. Check Out American Bronco, they sell them.

Ah, now I see. I'm used to seeing rock sliders below the factory rockers, I didn't realize that they made them like this as well.

I really like the custom dash Ohio, looks really clean

What kind of finish is that on your dash? Looks like it has a tiny bit of texture to it--probably cut down on any glare. Very nice and clean looking. Did you weld up the other holes in the original or start with an aftermarket blank?

I used an aftermarket blank panel, the original dash underneath had been really hacked up. I had cut out most of the center portion of the dash. The paint is the hammered look (actually spray can from Ace True Value)
