poly bushings on transfer case vs rubber engine mounts?

so they say you should stick with one or the other, is that right. I am mocking up some stuff and have rubber motor mounts and poly bushings on the transfer case. the only poly motor mounts i am aware of is extreme motor mounts. what is the consensus.

I have seen that on several forums, the logic behind it is that poly 'gives' less than rubber leading to twisting.

I'm running stock rubber motor mounts, and poly on my transfer case. I don't see what the problem would be.

Should be fine. There may be theoretical debates about it, but I don't know of any real world problems.
