Possibly stolen Bronco on eBay

Hey Guys,
Don't know how many of you have seen this one yet, but something looks fishy on eBay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2467046284&category=6222

It is located in Burbank, CA, looks like it has out of state plates, looks like it was painted white with a can of krylon and then brushed over with red. You can even see a paint can and lid on the passenger seat in one of the pictures. There is also a ton of overspray on everything from the white krylon. The guy doesn't have a title or a registration, its a 3-day auction (don't you normally want to keep it up on ebay as long as possible to get more money?), the guy has no sales record, and the description seems like he doesn't know anything about it. The worst thing about it.... "The car runs." The bastard refers to it as a car. My vote is that it is stolen and the guy is trying to make a quick buck.

Where's the rope?

If you also notice this is the first item the seller has listed on e-bay too. No history on seller to judge seller by.

I don't know if it is stolen or not but it doesn't quite look right to me.

Looks like some of it was painted with a brush or roller.

You may well be on to something there, someone needs to "ask seller some questions" & get a lowdown on the jewel!

If you think it is stolen either report it to E bay, call your local police department, or get the number of the department where the bronco is listed. I would try e bay first and see what they say. ;D ;D

Need a donation to buy a new rope?? I will cheerfully send you 10 feet of primo new nylon lynch cord for this guy. overspray is doing this guys paint job a favour I am with the guys, the truck (notice I said truck Eric) is hot. One of us that lives in California should ask the cops to pay that man a visit!! Lynching is too good for this mutt.

the old fart in Canada.

I emailed him and asked a few easy questions that he should know and hopefully will give me an answer here soon. We will see what happens hopefully by tomorrow. What he did to it looks like $hit. Other than that it looks like a nice rig all and all. I will let ya'll know when I get a reply from him. Tim

do the anonymous crime line tip thingy and then you might get a reward out of it and buy some new shoes for your bronco or something!

Don't be makeing fun of a brush job.....thats what my Bronco has BUT it at least mine looks half way decent hahah. I personally think this picture is strange....why would 2 people be taking the same picture? and why did the location change?

I wonder if EBay even allows sales like this without a title or any information. If that was the case anyone could sell a vehicle without a title that they just stole the same day. The crazy thing is five people have bid the thing up to $1500. Has anyone reported it to EBay?
