Anyone know where to get a replacement for the 8 inch power booster that comes with duffs power brake kit.

I have tried autozone, napa, advanced auto, o-reilly auto parts . no luck.

The universal replacement valve is to small, the grommets are to small or too big,

the current grommet has a inside measurement of 11/16 ..

has anyone had to replace this .. check valve,

I am in the same situation. I broke mine on a wh power brake booster and they do not sell a check valve for it. I bought a replacement kit with different size pieces but none fit. I used electrical tape on the closest size valve to get it to fit snug in the booster but have not tried it out yet. I also might just try to buy a pack of grommets to hopefully find one that will fit the check valve.

Have you contacted Duff and asked them to contact their booster supplier with your question? Odds are the booster is either an OE application or based on some other OE application, so with that information you should be able to find the proper grommet and check valve to go with it.

The ever popular Dorman #80189 for universal Chrysler/Ford/Chevy applications isn't as universal as advertised. Just for reference, the small grommet has a 1/2" ID for a 3/4" hole where the larger grommet has a 13/16" ID for a 1-1/16" hole.

Yes and duffs supplier said they dont sell the valve by itself, I am thinking I am just going to go with hydroboost brakes.. funny how a six dollar part causes a 600 dollar upgrade.. lol..

That's what I was going to suggest. I'd say you have a justifiable reason for the upgrade.
