Power steering

I am installing an f100 power steering box easy and i just put togeather my spicer yokes from wild horses what do i have to do to instal tehm on teh steering shaft how do i get the old sleeve off with the pin through it. its on a 1966 steering shaft that had manual steering any input would be appreciated

Are you planning on re-using the stock coupling to the box? If so, you need to cut the shaft a few inches past where it comes out of the column. Take the top half of the shaft out through the cab and the bottom half out of the engine compartment. Shorten the lower part of the shaft to the correct length, drill and tap both upper and lower shafts for your spicer joint, and reinstall. If you are not going to be re-using the stock coupling, you can cut the shaft off there too for your new u-joint.
