tomorrow is Monday. just pick up the phone and call. my experience with Chuck has been nothing but positive. yes, there have been a couple of minor issues. which occured during the BIG move. these were easily straighten out with a phone call. they have been very cool about taking things back, discussing problems on the phone, even sending me that small end on the throttle cable at no charge after i dropped mine in the garage and could not find anywhere. i'm all for a good rant but . . . .

bc bronco's move

Try and bear with chucks shipping woe's. With his son Jason back in the army that only leaves chuck and his wife running things. Jason did all the shipping and kept track of the product, with him away it may take some time to unpack and set things up. :)

I called last week to add a couple things to an order I was waiting on and they took care of me promptly and had record of my web order. I talked with them briefly and they were still waiting on many things. Sounded like they had half the stuff there and not the other half and the half they had was waiting on stuff from the other half. But was told it was gonna ship soon. So I agree with others. Just pick up the phone.

Saddleup, sometimes all of the bottons are not pushed when checking out so the paypal comes in but no order, I have not done 20k orders but this has happened maybe 20 times in the last year. A couple of those paypals did not have an e-mail or phone number so we could work it out. I am glad your system works soo well.
66broncoluvr, I am not sure what adapter you ordered so it would be a good idea to give us a call and we will figure out what happened.
We are way behind in getting orders out. This is my story. We do not charge anyone until the day we ship. We have no control over PayPal, when you order the money leaves your acc and goes into our acc. All we can do is refund your money.
This is Sunday and as I am taking a short break I am typing this note. In a few hrs. I will be heading for CA again so I will not be here Monday. This is my 3rd trip on this move, I will have 2 more after that. The girls, Roxanne & Debbie are working very hard to get orders out ASAP but they are handicaped by having some parts in Tx and some in CA and some lost in shipping and mostly not being delivered by venders that promised delivery dates that have past.
We have an add in the paper now for help.
I understand that when you need your parts you need your parts so if you can't wait I understand, just call the office and cancel, your money will be refunded with our apologies.

So if I understand this then there is a failure with the shopping cart rather than with Paypal? I'm just trying to understand why Paypal would be any different with you than it is with me. Part of the reason my system works so well is because Paypal is very reliable about both sending me an email and about posting the purchase back to my server and therefore into my database.

I think the problem is with the program. If you don't finish the order before you select the paypal option you go to paypal without finishing the order and can not go back, at least I think that is what is happening.

I had too much to do today so I will be leaving early tomorrow. Here is a couple of pictures of what we are up to. the second is of the truck before we started unloading. The first is of my new packing table this evening. The white paper is orders we are trying to get ready to ship tomorrow. Toby, your adapter is on the table. Now if we can just get that UPS printer working it will go out tomorrow.
