So for about 11 months I have been working on my first Bronco build. Some before and after pics. So far I'm pleased. Still work to be done...

Thanks all. Still a few things to do. I have to install a drop mount for the track bar, the front end is pulled over to the drivers side because of the lift.

Also this truck has new (in wear, obviously not in age) BFG AT KO's on it, and I am having zero luck finding a 5th one to mount on the back. The KO's were replaced by KO2's many years ago. I really don't want to buy 5 new tires for it, but I want the spare to match. I suppose I could buy a KO2 (or anything really) and throw a cover over it but I would like it better with a nice matching wheel and tire visible.

IF ANYONE ON HERE has a 33x10.5x15 BFG AT KO (not a 2) laying around, in almost any condition...I need it!

Damn, I jealous! I actually went out and did a few hours on mine because you put me to shame.

As for your tires, I'd hate to see your beautiful machine ruined because it rolled due to a blow out. Check the date codes on your tires. Anything over 10 years and it' time to chuck them no matter how good they look.

Good point....but these are 6 years old. And they have been kept inside off the truck. I just hate to drop the cash on 5 new ones. Because I would probably do wheels too, as things creep with me.

Got my track bar adjusted today and visors in....I am running out of things to do!

Still haven't washed and polished it since back from paint....I guess its time to start the mundane tasks.

Great looking Bronco! Very nice work. Out of curiosity, how much backspacing do you have on those wheels?

Running a 35" tire on a factory tire rack is not recommended. You're going to put so much stress on the back corner of the body the gap between the tailgate and tail light panel will get bigger as it bends under the stress.

They look like, and should have, a 3.5" backspace measurement.
That's just hearsay however, so hopefully Mike can confirm.

+1 with Justino's comment, did it to mine with a 33, causing a gap at the taillight bucket/fender seam, and broke some spot welds. It came loose, swung around, and smacked my fender as well.
