Anyone have any advise on the rear taillight corners. How are they to replace?

I'm going to be doing corners and upper/lower quarters here pretty soon too....I hear they are a pain, you have to weld them from underneath and inside the taillight hole..

Could you send those measurements to me also. I just need them for the front inner fender walls/core support. I took measurements but I can't remember to which side of the core support I took them to, inside or outside. I made a pretty drawing and everthing. dooohhhh!!!!!
