proper throwout bearing

Hello everyone. I am restoring a 1968 bronco. I am attempting to assemble an ax-15 swap onto a 1988 302 block using the Wild Horses kit, including their adapters and new AX-15. The major problem I am having is finding the proper throwout bearing. I am going to do a hydraulic clutch conversion, and I was able to source what AI says is the best ford bell housing, part E4TA-7505-DA. This bell housing has the mounts for the external slave unit. The bell housing did not come with its matching clutch fork. The sources Ive looked at all say that the stock ford throwout bearing is the one to use, but the one Wild Horses sent me is only 1.4" long. My measurements indicate that the throwout bearing needs to be about 2" long in order to have 1/8" spacing from the pressure plate. Has anyone done this swap with a hydraulic clutch?
I called Novak and ordered the Ford version of their adjustable throwout bearing which might work, but I was wondering if anyone else had another solution.
