AKA "Rear Classic Pre-Runner Bumper with tire rack" from Wild Horses. Bought new in 2001. It's served me well over the years but I recently upgraded to a bumper with a jerry can rack. Time for this one to go.
It's had a good hit on each side during my travels, as shown in the pix, the end caps are dented in but the bumper tubes are still arrow-straight. Gray powder coat looks better in the pix than it does in person- faded, chipped, scratched, etc but mostly intact. If esthetics are a concern it should be blasted and re-coated. Also the right side frame mount cracked a few years ago, it's been re-welded and has been fine since. I've had a 35" spare on the thing since new. The rack handles it easily and the latch works great.
I've had a 2 meter antenna mount on top of the spare rack. I removed it but it can go with the bumper if interested.
