Purple Wires

There are 2 purple wires with the backup light wire (black with red) in one plug near the drivers side firewall in the engine bay. Anybody know what they are for? They have been cut and are just hanging down along with the wires that head back to the taillights. Its not Aux or Main tank sender. Not left or right signals. Not running lights. I can't find them on the wiring diagram. It's on a 1975 Bronco. Thanks in advance.

If you have a centech harness, they are the neutral safety switch....I think

They go to the brake warning indicator/imbalance switch. It's on the brass H block mounted to the frame. They commonly get unplugged when the warning lamp comes on.

So...I found my proportioning valve has been painted over and the male part of the plastic plug is missing. Anybody know where I can get another male part of the plug? Thanks again!
