Put my coveted 33x9.50 BFG's on my U13. Why don't they still make these?

These are one of the best tires ever made for a LUBR, WHY did BFG stop making a 33x9.50????
I have a 3.5" lift on her for now. I might go with 2.5" coils for the right stance. Just got her back from the paint shop and starting reassembly.

I have more questions than answers.
That is one nice looking EB.

The excuse will be not enough demand??? I'm with you that size should still be made. At one time I had the AT on 3 different trucks at the same time. Still have it on 2. Great tire.

I've been looking at Portland CL for six months for one of these 33x9.5 tires for the rack on the back. The 12.5" looks kind of out of place when the top is off. Not to mention the extra weight.

A new set of four with three spares lasted 2 days recently on Seattle's CL for $150.00

I'm bringing a Bronco on a trailer this year instead of a trailer of parts to sell. It might be this one, she's a great driver. I'll be bringing a truck bed full of parts to sell too!! I can't wait until April.

Is there a vendor that can get a 33x9.50x15? I look on places like tire rack and nothing shows up for a 15 inch rim.

I doubt it, I contacted BFG several times and they told me they had no intentions of making this size anymore, I have no idea why, I guess the bean counters decided it was not a good enough seller to continue.

You could go to a bi-ply and maybe find something close to that size in a 15", if you want to go to a 16" go with a 235/85/16 which is within a .25" actual size and you can get them in the BFG AT's

Are there any metric sizes that might fill the bill? Such as a 255x85x15 perhaps?

I think you can still get super swampers in that size, but that's one aggressive tire for road use.

I know the 33x9.50 MTs went away a while ago. And I saw the 33x9.50 ATs not too long ago, so I figured we had an option. But I have not looked in the past month. Are you saying that 33x9.50 ATs are gone now, too?
