Does that truck show up at Silver Lake?
It did in 2023 - after a 17 year rebuild/restore I drove it across the state with my son following in his Raptor & took it on the Dunes to verify the 4WD worked properly. It passed the test of tooling around & having a Blast but I restrained myself & didn't try test hill - It's more of an investment now than when I started to restore it...

In fact we parked the Raptor & drove it up to visit a friend that had just built a retirement house on Hoags Lake in Freesoil - What a Beautiful lake/part of the State!!

Working on a 66 now that I hope will make the trip to the Dunes July 31- Aug 2 this summer.

Hoags lake, no kidding! We go up there at least once a year to let the kids swim.As a kid in the 80s, that lake was just a remote pond in the woods, and we'd drag a little aluminum boat there for "good" small mouth fishing.

You won't catch me on test hill, in anything other than a purpose built machine, but the rest of the dunes are fair game.
