Rear Frame Horn Outside dimension

Welding on horn repair kit, what is correct outside to outside dimension of rear horn, for stock bumper to fit firm?

Outside to outside is 29 1/4. 27 center to center. Not sure what you're asking for as far as fitting firm as the factory bumper secures using 4 carriage style bolts through square cutout in bumper then through hole in frame.
