I am rebuilding my Dana 20 transfer case and I am to the point that I am trying to get the set screw out of the shifting forks and I can't get them out I have already broke my torque bits...do you have any ideas on how to get them out?

I had the same trouble, I used a small propane torch and was able to heat them up, i also used a allen set welded to a long shaft for better leverage, tough to loosen and tough to tighten.
