Also, what's your thermostat temp?
Gas cap good and tight seal?
Fuel vented into a carbon canister?
PCV into the air cleaner housing?
Also, check to see if they would test it with the vehicle off to acquire a baseline. You may find a gas tank vent corrupting the reading and it may fail with the engine off.
