I have almost 50K on a 'Bad Batch' engine. I think I am out of the woods. If it tanks, I will have a new engine, that is good to know.

I got the recall notice today for my former 2021... Not much I can do since I don't know who bought it from the Dealership.

And I finally gave the Dealership all the Nasty Grams I was getting from the SoCal Toll roads people for unpaid toll fees. Sent them the release of Liability/Vehicle sold form, and the Toll folks wanted me to provide the buyers name and address... Like I would know that. Dealership assured me they would handle it!

I’d of given them the name and address of the dealership and moved on lol.

As it was explained to me, the transfer of ownership takes time to work through the DMV system. Meanwhile, the Toll agency could give a chit about the fact that I sold the vehicle 6 weeks before these fees started to accrue. Regardless, of the paperwork I sent in that I no longer owned the vehicle, my name still appeared in the DMV system. I loved their threat of late fees... And yes, after the third letter from them demanding the new owner info, all the paperwork was taken to the Dealership who apologized for all the BS and said this does happen a fair amount.

I think this works really good for Mitch, he is well over 50,000 miles. Mine only has 20,000 but if your putting in a new motor so be it. Ford says they will call in Jan 2025. I would like to put cameras on the underside of these rigs to get the expressions of the techs doing the work when they see how thrashed these rigs are. Mine only has dents on the bottom.
