Removing 1-pce rear main seal 351W ???

How hard is it to change the rear main seal on my 89 351W ?
Motor is out of the truck on a stand with all components removed.
Do I need to loosen off ALL the caps or just the rear ?

You don't have to loosen any caps to remove one piece seals. Run a couple of self taping screws into it and pry it out. Drive the new one in.
