Does anyone know if a replacement sticker can be had, its on the door post - see picture, not sure what it’s called.

Yes, Marti Auto Works can make them. You'll need to send them a pic of your current one.

B pillar sticker AKA Safety Certification Sticker...and while you are at it get your kick panel or glove box "warranty plate" reproduced. They even have the OEM open style rivets. You can also get a complete Marti Report on your ride too.
