Restoration parts

Doing some initial planning for parts for a full restoration of a 1972. Shipping appears to be extremely expensive and I have not found any company that provides free shipping once a certain purchase amount has been met. Any suggestions for where I might find the best prices for products and shipping. Also do not know who might offer military discounts. Thanks.

Depending on where you live, many of the vendors offer free shipping to the Bronco SuperCelebrations in TN, WI, and CO.

What parts are you buying? Buying buying direct from a supplier (e.g. Dennis Carpenter) often includes free shipping above a minimum purchase.

if you are buying a lot of parts at once, I would call the vendors directly and see what they can do to combine shipping. It will still be expensive, but should be a decent reduced cost.

I went through and added everything I needed (likely still only 89% of what I actually need) and the parts total was just shy of 10k. The shipping was $1,400! That is with NO truck or freight. I will contact Dennis Carpenter?

Sounds like you’re getting off cheap. 😂
