Always a class act and had such a great career. I have enjoyed so many of his movies and as a young kid I watched the Rockford Files with my parents all the time. A Legend he is...

Mr. Garner - You will be missed.

Saw James Garner when he was making the movie "Sunset" with Bruce Willis in the late 80's in Santa Paula, Ca. A Duisenberg pulled up with Bruce Willis driving and James Garner in the passenger seat. Lots of people there behind a rope wanting to see the actors. Bruce Willis bolted for his trailer but Jim Garner came over and talked to everyone while signing autographs. He even crouched down to talk with a little guy. Good guy. He will be missed.
