Rookie seat question

I am installing Recaro style racing seats in my 75 Bronco. I was planning on bolting the slides directly to the floor for more head room. Here is the question...

only 1 of the existing holes is visible from under the Bronco and the other 3 seem to be drilled into thicker metal and threaded. Will it be easier to make flat brackets that match the existing holes and attach the brackets to the new slides or drill new holes right into the floor and attach the slides directly.

Thank you!!

Add flat strap and use the existng bolt holes. It is so much easier.

Thank you, would I use a thicker metal brace and thread it or try to configure it for nut and bolt to attach sliders?

PM ToddZ69 he has Reccaro's out of a BMW in his Bronco. I watched him make the mounts for it, but don't remember the specific's. but they are very simple and sano.
