Running a soft top on a Ranger package with rear interior panels

So, I have the original rear interior panels. They fold at a right angle at the top so the top part can cover the lower hardtop frame when the hardtop is on. I am looking at soft tops and it looks like the mounting hardware would interfere with the top of the interior panels ability to fold over . Wondering what others with full interior panels are doing with a soft top.

The seam on the right in the picture is where it would fold over 90° to cover the lower hard top base

I think I have heard of some that are running a flat panel with magnets no 90 degree turn.I would not do this to the originals I would have 2 sets .
If I had a set that looked that good for sure
