I remember seeing those ads - would have to dig through the mags to find it and I'm not sure it would be high res?

The address is a single family house.

Looks like a Hurst competition plus 4 speed shifter.
The 3 speed would have used a Hurst Mastershift 3-speed Manual Shifter.

Some of those conversions also used a Daytona brand shifter, which was similar to the Hurst but always looked a little "cheaper" to me.
