Saginaw pumps

Anybody using a Saginaw dual return gm pump with a keyway pulley? My issue is I run the smaller pulleys on the motor and the Lincoln pump with a regular pulley doesn't turn fast enough at idle. Running ps and hydroboost it drags at low speed. The only smaller ps pulleys I can find for it are keyway style.

I run the keyway style Saginaw on my eb.
From AutoZone.

For a '69 Chevy 1 ton truck.

Cheap but not dual return.

I want a smaller pulley too.

I might fall asleep in case I don't respond....lol
