It's school bus yellow for sure! Keep us updated with pictures because it won't take the Beach City Broncos crew very long and it's done... 'Get er done Mark!" ;D

Interestingly optioned...
Dual front shocks, but not rears? PO added?
Manual steering? Manual trans?
Have signs of removed bumper braces?
Normal roll bar with PO mods or Stroppe?
Squishy steering wheel?

Looks like a Stroppe bar with dual hoops?? Could this be another Long Beach Lifeguard Ambulance?? LOL (halfway serious question)

Since you named it School Bus, are you going to keep it yellow or return it to Stroppe colors? Looks like a great project.

This is a lightly optioned Stroppe. (3 on the tree, single shocks, manual steering, radio delete)The plan is to add additional Stroppe parts to make it more enjoyable and more fun. It probably only had the steering wheel and the Stroppe roll bar originally. It will be brought back to original Stroppe colors. This was not a double Stroppe roll bar. It was just modified by a prior owner who, obviously had horrible taste and made bad decisions...I may be driving this one. Mark in San Diego, Beach City Broncos.
