Seam sealing under floor

I’ve replaced a couple of floor panels and also made some patches. The bronco has a lot of rust in the seams. Every new pan I put in must be accompanied by a 90 degree strip patch to it’s opposite side welded onto the point where the new pan with be joined to the old existing floor pan.

(Basically the new pan has half the seam and I and must make a new other half of the seam? of the pan it’s going to be joined to. Hopefully that makes sense)

So I’m wondering if I should be seam sealing the underside side as I’m worried water is going to flow in from all the old joints that are rotten and have no seam sealer left.

I did use weld through primer. And I did already drive this In light rain that’s what got me thinking of it. It’s a beater body, but it will never be driven in snow by me again. I did buy a rust free body from cali this last spring that will eventually be going on this nice chassis. But I’m sure this body is very salvageable and don’t want rot it any faster than is necessary.

I plan to run seem sealer on both sides of all my weld joints as well as any Ford ones. It is cheap insurance - can't keep rusting if there is no air + moisture. Just watch the paint window - some products must be top coated in 24 hours. I plan to finish all my repairs, seam seal, sealer then Raptor liner.
